Emossans !

After writing few blogs on past stuff,  I realized that, I usually don't express. What I wrote before, was mere a brief description some good past incidents. There was no imagination, no opinion or no perception and hence no me in the blog. I tried writing a blog without ever completely understanding what a blog is.

So I would like to think a more about this "blog" and answer some questions like - what is a blog? How much should I express in a blog? What are consequences of writing a blog? and hence does it really make sense to write a blog for me?  Believe me, I am not writing this blog after thinking all this stuff. So I really don't have any idea about whats across the tunnel. If I really conclude on something in the end, it might be end of my blog writing or a new beginning of a good blog.

Just before I get into the topic, I have this random thought in the mind -  probably just because I am an engineer, do I try to find logic in everything? Engineers always want to know whats behind this whatever it is. In my childhood, after getting any new pen, first think I used to do is to find how to open it and then see what kind of stuff is inside. Though logic dictates that, every pen has ultimately some spring, refill etc. But that was not sufficient to stop me. I will check what kind of refill it is, - is it normal Reynolds type or is it gel refill? Thin or thick? has a spring or not? etc. This is pretty much something we engineers do with everything.

So continuing dissection of this blog concept, I think blog is something like a public personal diary. A public place to write personal opinions. Since we are absolutely unique creatures in this universe (yes, at least DNA says so), we like to express our commonness in our uniqueness and our uniqueness in our commonness.  By that I mean, you  share a lot of things thinking, we are unique in a way of our thinking. And after reading 10-12 blogs, you realize - naah, we all pretty much think about the same stuff.  Conversely, when we read/write about some common stuff, we realize - every one has a different perspective about same things.
Blogging help you identity your commonness and uniqueness factor.

This blogging is also very origin of the crazy social networking fad.  Every human is programmed with the necessity to express. Right from the time of cave man to this homo sapiens sapiens. Blog is a mechanism for that. Emotions follow the physics law - Emotions can neither be created nor be destroyed, its just transferred from one form to another.  e.g  when I share something Happy about myself, the excitement of that happiness fades to a trivial thing for me. My reader friends get some % as  shared happiness and my enemies get some % shared anger. Intensity of every good or bad emotion diminishes after you share it with someone. But then, too much sharing makes you feel your life as a plain graph with spikes (which is obvious because too much sharing reduces the duration of effect).

So to conclude, if I want to feel that my life is happening, I should basically follow a sine curve that has variations in complete cycle. I should not share any good or bad thing in life unless it reaches the positive or negative threshold. Even the sharing should be slow and smooth like a wine. 3-4 Tequila shots are just good occasionally :)

Cheers for me discovering stupid secret of my life ! Hell yeah, I will write blogs and bore you.. ! :) (#HMGiri Continues)
